The data sharing arrangement began in 2014 when OkCupid executives had invested in Clarifai, according to court documents. The deletion resolves regulatory concerns about the unauthorized use of user photos for AI model training.
We're collecting data now and just realized that OKCupid must have a HUGE amount of awesome data for this.
Per OkCupid's own privacy policies, this behavior should have been prohibited.
